Barry’s active business career includes 13 years in the Food & beverage Vending Industry, where his business Autovend/Natvend, grew to become the largest independent operator of vending machines in Victoria, before he sold it in 2006. For three years he was the President of the Australian Vending Association in Victoria.
He was the State Manager of Union Steel (a division of Email Metals), where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in the management within a publicly-owned corporate business, and led a team of 120 employees and 8 managers.
Prior to moving to Australia in 1991, he was the Managing Director of Europair Africa, which grew to became the largest specialist supplier of air conditioning components in South Africa. | | | John Adnams Director |  | During a banking career spanning 38 years, John undertook a large number of assignments across a wide range of activities – from branch banking, lending, international, market research, planning, human resources (training), and other Head Office functions. The experience gained from these roles was significant and is now being shared with business owners through his subsequent small business consulting activities.

Prior to joining IBM, Srini graduated in Electrical Engineering and worked as an Electrical Engineer in an Alloy Steels plant in India from 1965-1970 specialising in Control Systems, after training in Japan under the Colombo Plan.
Srini is a highly motivated, resilient and successful Sales Management professional with proven experience in sales, marketing and development of IT solutions to solve customer business problems in Australia and overseas. He has acquired an in-depth knowledge of industries and customer business issues in areas as diverse as energy and utilities, finance, insurance, manufacturing, government and health.
